One of the most important steps to take upon returning to QUT after your student exchange is finalising your academic credit from overseas.

To complete this process, you must submit the following items to the Exchanges Officer:

  1. Your transcript from the host institution

  2. Course Coordinator approval for each subject studied (if this is not on your file or you cannot provide copies of appropriate documentation, you may need to meet with your coordinator and obtain further approvals)

  3. A certificate from your host institution confirming that you gave a presentation to students (if relevant)

  4. A written report on your exchange experience - maximum 1500 words
