Finding the right accommodation is a personal and individual choice. Therefore,
unless you would like to live in a hostel or apartment complex that caters specifically
to students, most rental accommodation cannot be organised until after you have
arrived in Brisbane.
With the help of QUT's International Student Services, you should be able to
find permanent accommodation within one week.
When looking for permanent accommodation, it is important to:
- decide on the type of accommodation that best suits you;
- know your budget; and
- familiarise yourself with the different suburbs and areas of Brisbane.
