1. Am I eligible to study at QUT on the Student Exchange program?The QUT Student Exchange Program is open to students studying at any of our
partner institutions around the
world. Also consult our Exchange program eligiblity
section for further information. 2. How much English must I know to study on exchange at QUT? In order to study at QUT on exchange, minimum scores on the TOEFL or IELTS
are required. Consult our English
language requirements page for more details. 3. What subjects can I study while on exchange at QUT? Most subjects at QUT are open to you as an exchange student, provided that
you have satisfied all of the prerequisites
at your current institution. 4. Which QUT campuses do exchange students study at? You can choose to study at any or all of QUT's
three campuses. You will need to consult the university's general timetable
when choosing your subjects and
be sure you make a manageable schedule for yourself, particularly if you need
to travel between different campuses. 5. Where will I live in Brisbane? Many exchange students live in shared accommodation
(apartments or flats) in Brisbane city or in the nearby suburbs. Check out our
accommodation page for more information. 6. When are the application deadlines? The upcoming application deadlines can be found in our important
dates page 7. Am I allowed to work? As an exchange student with an international student visa, you will be allowed
to work up to 20 hours per week when classes are in session. Please refer to

information. 8. Is Brisbane an expensive city?Brisbane is one of the cheapest capital cities to live in within Australia, significantly less expensive than Sydney and Melbourne. More information can be found in our cost of living page. |
